Online Radio Station Plays Local Bands

Star City Scene, a Lincoln-based interactive online music community, has launched a streaming radio station playing original music by local bands.

The Web site, www.starcityscene.com, plays a mix, including music by Rent Money Big, Caesar the Greaser, the Bad Sects, Floating Opera, the Millions, Mercy Rule, Sideshow and Plastic Trumpet.

Founder Tery Daly plans to add more music in the future. Star City Scene also publishes show and album reviews of Lincoln bands, interviews, local music news and more.
